What makes you different from other business coaches?
I chose to niche with accountants, tax preparers and bookkeepers who are firm owners. Firm owners find themselves in a silo. It’s lonely at the top – especially if you have a home-based business. My coaching programs combine private sessions with group coaching sessions.
Since each firm owner is slightly different, I customize our work together so you get the best results. Because you’re busy, it’s a done-with-you coaching program. Together we team up to increase your firm’s revenues and reduce your workload.
I’m not sure if group coaching is for me. Is it possible to work with you one-on-one?
Yes. In addition to group coaching, all of our private coaching packages include one-on-one. How often we meet is dependent on what package you choose. But remember other students who initially had concerns about group coaching have been surprised to find that they actually learn more in the group setting.
This is because of what I refer to as sidebar coaching, where you learn from others asking questions you didn’t even know to ask!

The process starts with an in-depth consultation where we discuss your firm’s current state, goals, and vision for the future. From there, we design a customized 12-month coaching program with private coaching sessions where we roll up our sleeves to progress your firm. Coaching typically includes a blend of monthly private coaching sessions, monthly group coaching sessions, and implementation support.
